Warning – this is a self promotional post!

I took a call yesterday out of the blue from a lady at the CIPR who called to inform us that we had won the overall national Grand Prix Award for our category.

To be honest I was a little shocked but also truly delighted. I won’t lie to you, blood, sweat and tears (well almost) went into our first ever award submission and we only entered the regional awards because Wolfstar had only been going for a short period and we didn’t have enough time to enter any others.

The official judges comments were as follows: “The judges felt Wolfstar demonstrated outstanding achievements coupled with exceptional CSR for an agency of its size. The growth the consultancy has undergone since its inception is impressive and it is well on its way to meeting many if not all of its business objectives, particularly that of being a global agency, headquartered in Leeds

“The campaigns Wolfstar chose to showcase in its entry simply underscored the judges strong feelings that this is a consultancy to watch.”

There were some truly brilliant agencies that won their respective regional heats, so we are honoured to be named as the best in the country. We have grown considerably since we put together that submission, so I just thought I better take the time out to thank everyone in my team for all of their hard work. So thank you: Sebastian, Beth, Jed, Sam, Natalie, Becca, Paul and Amy.
