I am delighted to announce that Prohibition has been selected as one of the Digital Enterprise TOP 100 and is now listed as one of the SMEs that have made the list of the Leeds City Region’s most innovative, digitally transformational and resilient businesses. After such a challenging year and business environment, I am going to take that as a big win! I think it is fair to say that for a couple of weeks in March 2020 I was asking myself are we going to make it out of this as a country and us as a business.
We have been told that the latest campaign has been extremely competitive and is a testament to our success in making the Top 100. You can see the full list of businesses here. I also think we are the only PR agency in this which is a nice little bonus as there are some brilliant firms around.

The list represents a diverse range of industries from award-winning game development studio, XR Games; one-stop local online shop, ShopAppy; and animation studio, Distant Future, to fly tying materials specialists Semperfli; energy system installers, Eclipse Energy; and landscaping supplier Green-tech.
Digital technology has played a crucial role over the past 12 months helping businesses to continue operating throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, attitudes around digitalisation have changed with enterprises of all type and sector investing in a wide range of new technology, which has changed how they operate – not just now, but in the future.

“The quality of the entries was so high that the judging process was a real challenge to arrive at the TOP 100. We congratulate all of the companies that were nominated and we are looking forward to celebrating all the entrants at our virtual event in March.”
You can view the official announcement here.
I have been told that the campaign will continue with the publication of the TOP 100 report and an online celebration event, scheduled for March 2021 which I hope we can get involved with in some way. I am already enjoying 2021 much more than I did 2020.
